Booking Conditions

This is a group booking. One group member is just bringing together the booking requirements of the other members of the group to create a single transaction that is for the ease and benefit of the members, it is not a commercial venture.

The training Camp will only proceed if enough people to make the event viable are ready to commit to a booking.

Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of payment in full in pounds sterling for UK participants. European participants who cannot pay in pounds sterling must send credit card details with a signed authority to debit the card by the full amount.

Bookings with payment must be received at least 8 days before the start of the Camp.

All credit card payment will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge. This surcharge will be wavered if payment in-full is presented in Euros at your arrival at the Training Camp.

Any cancellation of a booking four weeks or more before the start of the Camp can be accepted but fee of 5% of you booking will be levied. Depending on when the cancellation is received those who paid in pounds may suffer the return transfer of the currency.

Cancellations four weeks or less from the start of the Camp will have no guarantee of a refund. By then the group booking will have been confirmed with the hotel and bike hire and the group will be responsible for payment in full and subject to their terms and conditions. Your cancellation will be reacted on as soon as possible to maximize the refund to the group. If a refund is obtained you will still be subject to the 5% cancellation fee and you will either be refunded or your credit card charged accordingly.
