Booking Conditions

This is a group booking. One group member is just bringing together the booking requirements of the other members of the group to create a single transaction for the hotel and bike hire, that is for the ease and benefit of the members, it is not a commercial venture.

The cycling programme is part of the Club's calender and is open to all members of the club, there is no requirement to use the club's booking arrangements for the hotel or bike hire.

The training Camp will only proceed if enough people to make the event viable are ready to commit to a booking.

For bookings, a reservation will be made on receipt of the deposit and confirmed on receipt of the final payment in full.

Bookings will continue while hotel accommodation is available..

Cancellation
Any cancellation, before a confirmed booking has to be given to the hotel to ensure the accommodation for the whole group, can be accepted and the deposit refunded. Once the group booking has been confirmed with the hotel and bike hire the club will be responsible for payment in full and subject to their terms and conditions. Your cancellation will be reacted on as soon as possible to maximize the refund to the club. If a refund is obtained you will be subject to the 5% cancellation fee and you will be refunded after the event.
